They arrived early. That is always good. The locksmith was able to tell me the difference between the different types of locks. They made it very easy

Great service! All I had to do was send a message with the make and model number of the vehicle. Responded immediately with a quote. Came to the spot right away and unlocked the car without any damage. Very professional. Clean service. Would 100% recommend them.

David worked quickly and efficiently. He gave me a great deal and finished in less than 15 minutes. Plus, he drove straight to my house. I highly recommend him.

Very fast service. At my door in minutes. You call this company expect your service to be top notch and very cost efficient. The guy worked me we on how much everything was gonna cost. Gave me a great deal for my services.

*Not related to service quality * I was a customer, yet I usually come to this location strictly for work. I am a supervisor for a large company in the area and this company has a running account with this locksmith to replace/repair keys. If a key is broken or we need to make copies, we come here. Over the last 4 years, I’ve come here for work, in my uniform, with my dispatch radio on my hip & all, during my shift to service keys for the building. I’m usually greeted with lack luster service closer to negative attitudes but, I don’t have a choice in coming here so I deal with it. Today I had to make 1 copy, was told the key type “isn’t a restricted key for ___(my company)”. I usually get a invoice receipt, but today I was asked to pay $4 for this key, and aggressively told it wasn’t a key related to the building. I should have walked out & key then keep the key but, I didn’t, they looked over the key again, and again asked to pay for it, or charge $15 to the account. I mean, it’s not my key so it can billed to whomever for however much, that’s not really my problem. But again, to keep the peace I paid for this key myself & charge it to the obvious. The attitude and the way they talk to me was uncalled for, when they see me in here every month. I’m the only woman on my team & while I don’t expect them to “remember me”, my uniform isn’t that common & my reason for coming here can always be checked. I’m not a customer here anymore for myself, and I’ll just have my male counterparts take on this task going forward. Another example of poor interpersonal skills at work

They were great! They stand behind their product. I have an antique secretary and couldn’t get the key to work. They came to the house, and fixed the lock. Daniel was great! He did this very quickly and now the key works great. Would definitely use them again!

I've lived in my Sandy Springs home for 30 years and have only used Sandy Springs Locksmith. However, Daniel Barber came to repair my front door lock today and without a doubt he is the best I've seen. Daniel was punctual, professional, polite and very pleasant. Most importantly he communicated and explained everything he was doing. Daniel went the extra mile. He was what customer service is suppose to be! Daniel Barber is a winner and deserves the Sandy Springs Locksmith's MVP award:)) Thank you Daniel!

Sandy Springs Locksmith is a well know superior organization. I've used them for years. Now they have Dan Barber and my admiration is even higher. Dan came on short notice and went to work. He reinstalled a Heavy sliding glass door that I could not even lift and had it back to normal in short order. Then he turned to the mechanism on our front door. It is a heavy brass antique inside door knob which had come off and apart. He said, this is one of my favorite antique latches and I know it well. I was amazed at his knowledge and skill. Then, noticed the heavy oak door was not hanging as it should so he re-screwed it in with heavier screws. Great service with a smile and well worth the price. WA Dial

Have used this business over the years. They were professional and competent. Yesterday's experience was not. The person who came explained what the handle/lock set could not be installed on the screen door because the door frame was not thick enough. For the second door he would not even open the box to see if the new handle/lock set would work on the French door (wood and glass) that goes from the family room onto the porch. He stood there with foot out and hand on hip while my helper opened the box. The locksmith told me that he did not like having his evening interrupted and as he left he looked me in the eye and said, "Do you want to get nasty?" ---I had booked the appointment about 2 weeks ago for between 10 and 4.---The locksmith told me that his schedule was "messed" up. ---He told me that he would be here at 4:30.--After 5:30 I called him. He told me that he was at the shop. I am only about 15 minutes from the shop. He came around 5:45pm.
